All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow additional days for delivery. Should there be a significant delay we will advise you via text or email.

Orders will be sent through Australia post and we provide a flat rate delivery charge of $18.

Returns & exchanges

Thank you for shopping at Figtree Hollow. We offer refund or exchange within the first 30 days if in the unlikely event the product is faulty.

Your item must be returned, unused and in the same condition you received it.

Damaged or faulty goods

Figtree Hollow is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Australia post for assistance.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
