We use a blend of Australian sea salt & Epsom salts to help relieve stress, muscle aches &
soothe and soften your skin. Epsom salts have been used for centuries. They contain
magnesium and sulphate to stimulate detoxification and nerve and muscle function.
They also help to limit inflammation and improve blood flow.
Add 1/2 cup of fragrant bath salts to your bath, lay back & soak for at least 15 minutes.
